I'd like to cancel my Liberté offer (without commitment)

Do you have a Liberté or Limité subscription (without commitment)?
Log on to https://portal-front.wifirst.net/connect at least 10 days before the effective cancellation date.

Click on "Customer Area" / "My Account".

Click on "Manage my subscription

Click on "Cancel" and select the effective cancellation date from the calendar. This date must be at least D+10 from the day of your request (e.g.: if you cancel your subscription on 01/01/2026, the first available effective cancellation date will be 11/01/2026", and you can choose any date thereafter).

Confirm the desired date by clicking on "Cancel" again.
💡 Good to know: in the "Manage my subscription" section, the cancellation date you have validated is updated automatically.
If you wish to postpone or cancel your cancellation request, contact one of our customer advisors on 01 70 70 46 26 (24/7 toll-free number) to modify your choice.
If the effective date of your cancellation is before the end of the month, please contact us so that we can reimburse you for the days you will not use (for example: from 11/01/26 to 31/01/26).
This refund will be made (unless otherwise requested) directly to the credit card originally charged.
💡 Good to know: if you are no longer in possession of the bank card used for the initial payment or if it has expired, please keep us informed so that we can send you your bank details and reimburse you on this new card.
