I would like to change my bank details

At present, it is not possible to modify your bank details when your payments are up to date.
However, in the event of an overdue payment (payment failed or not made), you will have the opportunity to update your bank details during the regularization process.
At this point, you will be prompted to carry out a new transaction as you did for your first payment, enabling you to enter your new bank details.
If you wish to anticipate this change, or if your last payment was not honored, follow the procedure "How do I regularize my situation following an unpaid invoice?" This will regularize your situation and enable you to change your bank details for future direct debits.
