I would like to cancel my Fidelité offer (with commitment)

Do you have a Fidélité subscription?

Log on to https://portal-front.wifirst.net/connect at least 10 days before the effective cancellation date.

• Click on "Customer Area" / "My Account".

• Click on "Manage my subscription

• Click on "Cancel" and use the calendar to select the effective cancellation date of your subscription, after the end date of your commitment.

If you select the effective cancellation date on the last day of your subscription, 10 days' notice will be required, so the effective cancellation date must be D + 10 days from your request.

However, if you wish to terminate your subscription earlier (e.g. the ninth month before the end of your contract), you can choose the date just after the end of your contract.

• Confirm the desired date by clicking on "Cancel" again.

You can also request early termination of a subscription in the event of a move, financial difficulties, hospitalization or death.

To do so, please send us an e-mail to care@wifirst.fr with the following information:

• Last name

• First name

• E-mail address associated with your Wifirst account.

The reason for your request for early termination must be indicated to us: we ask you to send us an official receipt allowing us to validate your request.

💡Good to know: in the "Manage my subscription" section, the cancellation date you have validated is updated automatically.

If you wish to postpone or cancel your cancellation request, contact one of our customer advisors on +44 20 3807 0628 (24/7 toll-free number) to modify your choice.

This refund will be made (unless otherwise requested) directly to the credit card initially charged.

💡 Good to know: if you are no longer in possession of the bank card used for the initial payment, or if it has expired, please keep us informed so that we can send you your RIB and reimburse you on this new card.
