I'm having a problem with the Chromecast

1. You notice that your device is damaged or missing?

Don't hesitate to contact the reception desk at your facility.

 

2. If you find that the hardware is faulty: retrieve the network name and WiFi key.

If the interface does not appear :

  • Check the TV source (HDMI1 required)

  • Check that the Chromecast is plugged in correctly

  • Reboot (HDMI1 port)

  • Check network connection

 

If the interface appears :

  • Note the PSK key (password) displayed on the TV.

  • Contact customer service on +44 20 3807 0628
