My first connection to the Wifirst network

In this article, you'll find the basic process for connecting to your Wifirst Internet connection

• Select your home WiFi network (SSID)

Please note that you must disable cellular data and WiFi support on your device to avoid network confusion.

Our network is configured by the captive portal. When you are properly connected to our network, the captive portal is automatically displayed.

In fact, when you are connected to your mobile data, you are referenced to your operator's network and not Wifirst's, thus making the portal inaccessible and your connection non-functional.

• Connect to the login portal by entering portal-front.wifirst.net/connect in your browser.

You may encounter other connection methods. If this is the case or you are experiencing difficulties, please contact one of our customer advisers.
