Contact the Electronic Communications Ombudsman
By Wifirst team on 17 Mar 2025
The Mediator is an independent third party whose mission is to help the parties reach an agreement.
Because your satisfaction is our priority, Wifirst offers you the possibility of consulting the Electronic Communications Mediator in the event of disagreement, after having contacted all the internal services at your disposal.
How do I contact the Mediation officer?
Before contacting the Mediation officer, you must ensure that you have contacted Wifirst's internal services:
- Send your complaint to the usual customer service department.
- In the event of an unsatisfactory response or if you have not received a reply for more than a month, you can contact Wifirst's Consumer Service by post at the following address:
Wifirst Consumer Service
26 Rue de Berri
75008 Paris
- If your letter to the Consumer Affairs Department has gone unanswered for more than a month, or if you have not received a satisfactory response from either of these departments, you can contact the Mediation officer by completing the appropriate form directly on the www.mediation-telecom.org/saisir-le-mediateur website.
Good to know: for all disputes relating to online sales or service contracts, particularly cross-border ones, you can also use, the European platform for out-of-court settlement of online disputes.
