How do I connect to the PlanetCampus by Crous app?

Before you start, make sure you're connected to the PlanetCampus by Crous network. When you log in for the first time, a portal should automatically appear. If you accidentally close this portal, you can reopen it by entering the following URL in your browser: https: //planetcampusbycrous.wifirst.net/

When you are not connected to the PlanetCampus by Crous network, the following functions are unavailable:

• Activation of the Private WiFi service
• Performing a speedtest (an Internet connection performance test)
• Access to the "News" section

The following functions remain available:

• Resetting Private WiFi
• Access to FAQ
• Modification of user information in the "My Account" tab
• Contact customer service by phone or chat

You can then connect to the application in two different ways:

• Via login/password: open the "PlanetCampus by Crous" application and log in with your login details.
• Via the Mes Services.etudiant button: open the "PlanetCampus by Crous" application, click on "MesServices.etudiant", and log in via the pop-up window.
