I want to connect several of my devices simultaneously

Would you like to connect several devices (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.) to the Wifirst network using the same identifier or connection code?

Depending on the establishment you are staying in, you may be able to connect one or more devices simultaneously with your package.

We recommend that you check the package you have subscribed to by going to your customer area and logging in:

Or by consulting the invoice that was sent to you by email when you purchased your package/subscription.

If your package allows you to connect at least 2 devices simultaneously:

• Connect each of your devices to the establishment's WiFi network, which will automatically redirect you to our connection portal.

• Once connected to the portal, complete the fields "login/email" + "password" or the "connection code" provided at the time of purchase.
• Repeat this operation on each of your devices.

Good to know: as soon as you exceed the maximum number of devices authorized with your package/subscription, the system automatically disconnects the first device you have connected from our WiFi network.
